• Processing Time: All orders are sent to the manufacturer within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 5 - 7 business days.

Return policy:

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we gladly offer 30 days return policy starting the day you receive your order. Please note that the following rules must apply for the product(s) that you would like to return:

• Provide us with your proof of purchase
• Item must be in original condition (including packaging)
• Using Gift cards are not eligible for a refund or exchange
• Please note that all required pictures must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot provide return/replacement items.
• Sale items are not eligible for return

• Picture of the product and the error you found out (material flawed, different design, different size)

Customers can cancel the order before the production, orders can not be canceled if it is being fulfilled.
